There are several companies selling grounding kits, which claim better performance, better mileage, etc. I don't buy any of it, but numerous studies have found slightly better power with upgraded grounding. There is a kit for Harley Davidson F150s, so it should work for ours. The kit runs $150. Here are some images from a Harley:
Because I have relocated the battery under the bed, the kit would be useless to me. But I decided to improve the grounds anyway. Other than a couple of extra pounds of copper, it can't hurt. Photos to come.
