grill replacement

1)  Remove the turn signals by removing the Torx screws indicated in red.  Simply pull the lights forward.
2)  Remove the headlights.  Pull up on the two levers (indicted in yellow) all the way.  The headlight assemblies will then pop right out.
3) Remove the radiator cover.
4) Remove the screws on the top of the grill.
5) Remove the screws behind the turn signals.

6) Remove the plastic push pins at the bottom of the grill surround.  These things are a bitch to remove and are practically destroyed in the process.  I just cut them off with diagonal cutters and replace them with new ones.

7)  All that is left is two clips under the grill.  Just pull forward firmly and the surround should pop right out.

Re-installation is a little trickier.  First, make sure that you reset the position of the two lower clips.  You will probably need to hold the back of the clips while pressing in from the outside.  Second, the headlights have clips at the base of the adjustment screws that must be guided onto tracks to install.  Third, the turn signals also have a set of tracks to guide them in.
